Disgusting and inhumane service from Wimpy in Ceres

My family and I went to Matroosberg on Saturday 28 August 2021 to see the snow. On on way back I desperately needed the loo for a wee. We discussed stopping at Wimpy in Ceres and then we will also have breakfast there to complete our morning activities. When we finally stopped at Wimpy in Ceres, I was already bursting at the seems and desperately needed the loo. I ran to Wimpy to safe us a spot in the queue that was already standing outside. I waited for my family and when they all stood in the queue, I went inside Wimpy for the loo. I sanitized my hands and went searching for the loo. As I was looking to find the loo, I was told by one of the waitresses that they have no loo and that I need to use the public loo outside the Biltong shop in the Shopping Center. I ran outside and searched where the Biltong shop was and speedily started walking towards it. From a distance I saw that I needed money to enter the loo and ran back to my mother for a R2 coin. Once again I speedily walked toward the public loo and once I got to it, there was an "Out of order" sign on the door. Crying I walked back to Wimpy where my family has now taking their seats. I gave my mother back the R2 coin and with tears in my eyes I told her that the public loo was out of order. I hurried back to one of the waitresses crying and asked her to please let me use the staff toilet as it is an emergency. The waitress just told me no, she cant help me. I had to ran all the way over to Spur and they let me use the loo inside the Restaurant for which I am very grateful. Still crying, I walked back to my family who were still sitting inside Wimpy and joined them. I noticed that they have not been served during all that time I was running around trying to find a loo which was quite some time. So we decided to leave Wimpy and take our business elsewhere. The way I was treated, a paying customer and the fact that my family and I were refused service from an establishment that usually gives a great and friendly performance such as Wimpy, was such a shock. We were met with utter disgust, like our money was no good there made me feel like it is a racial issue. I have never in my 33 years seen waiters at any establishment be so cold hearted toward customers. Me and my family walked out of Wimpy Ceres still with tears in my eyes and no one tried to stop us or ask us why we are leaving, which just solidified our thoughts, Wimpy Ceres does not care about all the customers that come into their Restaurant, That they made very clear.
