disgusted with service

I went to Wimpy this morning for breakfast and was totally disgusted and disappointed with their service. I always go to this wimpy and today was left with a feeling of total disappointment and dissatisfaction. Firstly we waited more than half and hour for our order. Fair enough they were busy but when I saw people who came after us and were brought their food I started to call the waitress Anna, she said it was coming just now. I was also puzzled by the supervisor as we told him we waiting so long and he said he was going to see what was happening with our order and he didn't come back. We waited. Twenty minutes later our coffees come but no food. We waited a further twenty minutes and when the food arrives the order is wrong. They mixed up my and my husband's order. The food was cold which was pecu****. The grilled tomato was just a slice of cold tomato. The eggs were cold. The lamb sausage was shriveled and dry and looked like it had been sitting on the counter for far too long. We ordered a kick start breakfast with extra lamb sausage and the best of both worlds breakfast with extra baked beans and chips on the side. The order was totally messed up.
