Disgusted customer
<p>Today, 22/12/16, my mother, sister and niece visited your outlet at Queensmead Mall Umbilo, my mother ordered a waffle, never mind that it took 45 minutes, she was given a s**** to eat with, does Wimpy not use knifes and forks anymore??? the waitress Goodness does not even just do a coutasy visit to advise what the hold up is, it is not asif the outlet was busy, only about 7 tables had customers. i cant believe the absolutaly bad service from such a huge franchise. My mother will surely never visit this outlet again. thats for sure.</p>
