Arrived at the airport wanting waffles. Went to wimpy but had horrific service. The trainee waitress didn't understand anything I asked for. I ordered 3 glasses of water and she brought 2, insisting I ordered 2. I asked her for mushroom sauce with my chips, she pointed to the tomato sauce. We ordered two plain waffles from the menu. They are supposed to come with either ice cream or cream. She brought me waffles with no cream or ice cream on them! Insisting I ordered plain waffles. But she didn't ask me if I'm choosing ice cream or cream. When she brought my waffle back with ice cream, the waffle was cold. When I told the manager about the bad service and asked for another hot waffle, he said he couldn't give me ice cream because they're out of ice cream. So I asked him for a refund on my waffle. He didn't even apologize. And when I confronted him about that he insisted he did apologize. While I was still explaining this all to him, he cut me off saying, \Enjoy your evening. I'll sort this out."I am disgusted. And I left without having the waffle I went there for! """
