Disgraceful Wimpy Bothasig

My Family and I just had the most disgusting and disgraceful experience at Wimpy Bothasig, we entered the premises at around 15:05 and were taken to a table, there were 3 or 4 other families seated at the time.

It didn't take too long to be attended, we gave our drinks order but sadly this is the point where it went downhill fast. Based on the activities of the staff I made the observation that they may be closing soon but these activities increased quickly and it became evident that closing time have in fact already been at 15:00.

We waited long for the drinks as the staff were cleaning throughout, our drinks eventually came and we gave our food order. Even though there were other patrons in the restaurant the television was turned off and so was the music, the cleaning activity increased even more as it was very clear they wanted to get out of there.

By the time our food came (without serviettes I must add because the staff were clearly too busy to get those LOL), the staff was cleaning tables around us and eating our food was almost impossible because all we could smell was a strong detergent smell. My son and I ate our food very quickly and my wife took hers uneaten as a take away because apart from the strong detergent smell it was clear we were just a hindrance to the staff getting home (thankfully my wife had tissues in her bag we could use.

We paid the bill and oddly my wife included a tip, I indicated to the teller that this experience ranked as the worst that I could remember or imagine and all he could say was "thankyou"!

It is obvious to any person with half a brain that if you are going to clean shop then DO NOT LET ANYMORE CLIENTS IN, rather close the shop a little earlier and wait for the clients who are seated to finish their meals that they will pay good money for at their own leisure... its client service basics 101, but clearly illusive to Wimpy Bothasig or is this part of Wimpy's Processes and Procedures?
