**************

I walked into Wimpy at Carlton centre this morning , dispite my previous encounter with them , after having spoken to their manager less than a month ago , I decided to have a meal at this same spot today .

1. The reception was appauling . An old man , whom I presume is a waiter at the branch told us to find a seat .. hahahaha , as if it was a free show of some sort .

2. I found the seat and this very same guy who was assumingly supposed to help was instead selling cigarettes to the other customers .

3. We waited for the menus and nobody came with those , so no breakfast for us .

4.After a few minutes we decided to go sit elsewhere and maybe someone else would attend to us , guess what .. Not a single person looked in our direction .

5. The old man was running around like a headless chicken . Im not sure what he was so busy with , except for being a cigarette hawker . He still did not say a word to us and just kept walking past and turning a blind eye .

I'm still trying to figure out if this falls under ************** as I was in traditional healers attire , maybe I am not welcome in that enviroment , hence nobody wanted to assist . I too would not go and ask for assistance as I have visited so many wimpys in the past and in the very same attire and have never been required to go begging for assistance . I was not there to beg after all , I was there to spend my OWN hard earned money .

I personally give up on this Wimpy , I wrote a review about them not so long ago and an appologetic manager called to say it will never happen again , forgot to mention that Id have to be strong , nothing will be done . They just dont care about tarnishing the image of WIMPY as a brand .

Maybe you guys should go and ask for advice on how to treat your customers at Spur , right around the corner from you . After walking out of there I was served with a smile and dispite how I looked , They made sure I felt valued ..

It was an absolute nightmare and I will never go to any Wimpy again . I can understand if other customers acted that way around me , but the staff to turn a blind eye and pretend to have not seen me .. Shame on you , for the amount of time I spent sitting and changing seats . Its utterly impossible that no one saw me .

I felt discriminated , 23 years of Democracy doesnt exactly cater for all of us after all , does it .. ?
