Saturday 14.03.2015. stopped at Wimpy Engen 1Stop Kroonvaal to have breakfast with my family as well as my mother, we were the only non-whites sitting in for breakfast. We walked in at 8H55 and placed our orders and that was it, by 9H45 our food had still not arrived after numerous enquiries. We informed the waiter to bring our drinks with our food and only drinks were served. The manager was obliovious to what was happening and was in a hurry to make sure all the other patrons were happy except us. I even noticed her at one point carrying one of the tables order out to them. There were 3 or more patrons who arrived after us and they left before us as well as they got the better service and were regarded as more important than us. I have never ion my entire life been so humiliated, degraded and patronised and I belive purely it was because our skin colour is not the right colour. This has left me traumatised and what made it worse of all is that I was in the company of my mother and my kids. I have been scarred and I will not forget the treatment I got. I take my kids regularly for breakfast and this is the first time I got this type of service. This is totally unacceptable.
