Disappointing service

I asked a lady at wimpy if they deliver in the mall before i started my shift and she said yes but they dont have a phone so i should come and place the order.

I then went to order my Lunch and asked them to deliver and they said they dont deliver for now and maybe when the other shift starts and i said no problem then she said she is not sure they will agree to deliver and asked the lady who makes coffee if she can deliver and she said yes but i must give her money for cool drink and i said no and she said then she cant deliver. They then asked the lady in the kitchen to deliver and she agreed.
