Disappointed customer wimpy Clearwater

I am very disappointed with your Clearwater branch. Myself and my husband came for breakfast and ordered, while waiting a whole family of atleast 6 including kids came and got served their food way before us. We eventually received our food after I went to the manager n our food was cold as though it has been sitting there for I don't know how long. My spinach was runny n watery at the same time and tasted really disgusting. My husband asked for his steak to be medium and received it well done. You need to ensure that you have trained chefs and other staff who know what they are doing. It has happened before at ur Northgate branch twice. If this doesn't change then I will not be spending my time supporting wimpy ever again
