Disappointed Customer

I am so disappointed in the staff and manager at Wimpy my daughter went to redeem her birthday voucher when she came there one of the staff members spoke rudely to her and told her to wait the system is not working but just right after they said that to her they took orders from other people and the system was working the manager and 2 staff members kept looking at her still not helping here this took place and the wimpy in Southgate the managers name is Lucas and the one staff member that was so rude to her his name is Robert is this the experience one gets from the workers at Wimpy this is unprofessional and really unacceptable I am so disappointed the cashier that brought the order apologized not even the manager
