Disappointed

Firstly the wimpy in general has really degraded themselves when it comes to presentation and customer services

I order a breakfast with a glass of juice... I immediately saw something floating in glass. I asked one of the waiters to just check. She takes the glass... visible to my eye... she took a long s****. Swoop out the floating object. And return to me with the glass..

Really... now I get treated like I had an issue..
