Dirty Glass and Bad Service

On 25 August 2017 at +- 17:20, me and my family went to Wimpy in the Middelburg Mall in Mpumalanga. I ordered 2 kiddies cokes and a chocolate waffle with ice cream for my kids, a large fruit juice for my self and my husband ordered a mega coke. So the waitress brought the drinks and my husband drank some of his coke, and when he had a look at the glass inside it was so dirty, there was a white powdery substance on the sides inside the glass and when you wipe it with your finger it looks like fat. I CANNOT believe that they give this to their clients it DISGUSTING to say the least!!!!! That's not all, we waited and waited for the waitress to bring the waffle so eventually I asked her when the waffle will be ready, then she said "o my, I forgot!" I MEAN HELLOOOOOO how can you forget about an order. I had the most disgusting, irritated experience at this wimpy. And the staff is really slow and unprofessional, I'm still getting furious and DISGUSTED just by thinking of this whole experience! Gross MAN!
