CUSTOMER SERVICE WIMPY DALVIEW

On Saturday 26 September 2020, I took my son to Wimpy in Dalview, Brakpan. This is where we would always have a once a month treat. The waiter firstly ignored us for nearly 20 minutes whilst we waited to get our drinks order. Once we ordered with clear instructions to have our scrambled eggs well done after waiting another 45 minutes received under done scrambles eggs. A manager was send to deal with us as the order was not satisfactory. Two other couples that came in around the same time as us had been served and ready to leave after consuming their meals. I signaled the waiter and asked what the hold up was and nobody even knew we were still waiting for our order ??? This level of service is just not acceptable. I had been waiting for nearly 2 hours for a simple breakfast. Needles to say I left without even eating and paying only for my drinks. .Then only the owner wanted to get my order sorted and started asking her staff what was the problem.
