Customer service is pathetic

So we decided to take our kids out for lunch after school to wimpy at liberty midlands mall... only to be greeted by.. no one.. because they were busy having personal conversations.. then ok fine they attended us.. if u can call it that.. we were totally ignored when we asked if our trolley will be safe if parked almost outside wimpy. After even figuring out where we had to put by ourselves also! We got there at 15 45... and from the time we walked in we treated really horribly... by a staff member who removed his name badge when I asked his name and then walked away when we spoke to him. We were told they close at five.. and the place was already cleaned up so we not allowed to sit where we felt comfy with our kids... bare in mind that one of them is not even a year old and is quite noisy, so we opted to sit a little away from where she would disturb people trying to have a quiet meal. Is this how the owner and manger train their staff to behave?? Mtho sizi?? The manager?? Why was he not called to us and asked to apologize.. he was allowed to be rude and walk away from us.. other staff didn’t even wanna tell us his name... I hope this post is read and dealt with as I will be going to other social media platforms.. utterly and totally disgusted!!! How are these people even employed if they have no regard for customer service!!!!
