Customer dissatisfaction at Wimpy Thabazimbi

I'm very displeased with the service we received at Wimpy Thabazimbi Mall. We ordered food and drinks. It took us over 30 minutes to receive our drinks after numerous requests and check up because we were with kids and they kept asking for their drinks. My understanding is it should only take 4 minutes for drinks to be served but our meals were served without receiving our drinks still. The waiter serving us was good shame and he mentioned that the people on drinks duty were the ones not attending to our order because they are talking about their valentines plans. That is horrible customer service! We escalated to the manager on duty who was very casual in attending to us and seemed unbothered. I don't want to make it about colour but i can't help but wonder if they would have given the same energy and horrible service to a customer of a different race. How we received the whole thing was we were not welcome there or even valued as paying customers!
