COMPLETELY messed up my Uber eats order and unhelpful manager!

Wimpy Howard Center completely messed up my Uber eats order. Ordered 3 burgers and only received 1 of them, and the one I received was also wrong!! The manager tells me to send someone to collect the right order. Why would I go collect it after I just paid delivery and a tip for someone to bring it to me?? That's why we use delivery services, because I cant collect myself! The manager sounded very *********** like he didn't know how to handle my complaint and just eventually told me to request a refund.
