Complaints Wimpy mall of the south

I absolutely cannot stand this wimpy. The service is horrible, the staff are rude, the food always arrives cold or it’s the wrong orders , you wait for ever to be served and for the food to arrive , your table gets given to people who just arrive. Every time I have been there there has been an absolute nightmare story . The manager is very unhelpful and does not resolve the matters the cutlery is filthy most of the time and the glasses always have a dirty “egg” smell to them I absolutely DO NOT recommend this place to any one. Absolutely shocking .
