Complaint lack of service

5.1.2021 My friend and I went to the wimpy for a coffee and breakfast We entered the wimpy,got ignored so we found a table and sat there 20 minutes later the waitron asked for our order We ordered 1 coffee I coffee milkshake and 2 sunrise breakfasts ,the waitron took the order and left the table,no words were exchanges,no how would you you like your eggs or what bread When he brought the drinks I asked him re the above ,he answered,your order is already in. The food arrived both with the same bread could have been whole wheat or brown ,hard eggs Again no words exchanged We ate the food,as we had no choice. Waited for the bill which did not arrive,so we went to pay at the front desk Here we were hovered by the waitron,falling all over us obviously wanting a tip,which he did not get.We usually give a 20 percent tip if the service was good.due to not asking us how we wanted our food Or speaking to us he lost out on the tip

Later in another coffee shop the waitress mentioned the are rather busy as people dont want to go to the wimpy Just blatant rudeness I will never eat at Thabazimbi Wimpy again Thanking you J Hall
