COMPLAINT

I went to Wimpy-Greenstone on Saturday and i met the most questionable team of staff members. 1. The lady that took my order decided that its a take away without asking me, 2. i ordered Tea along with my order, i hate foam cups, my tea was in one of those andhad i had been asked i would have specifically mentioned that under no circumstances should they put my tea in there, 3. The food came obviously wrapped to go, my husband and i had to unwrap the food,- this isnt much of a issue, but we are doing this, there is no cutlery. I asked the waitress for cutlery after a long while she comes back with one set of cutlery and by the way im seated with my husband in the same table so obviously i need cutlery for both of us, and as i tried telling her i need another set of cutlery she told me to wait a bit for her. she didnt even offer to say "since you guys are eating here let me bring you plates" and i still had to wait for her. she comes back without the cutlery to ask me what i was saying and i told her not to bother I'm already eating with my hands i couldn't wait indefinitely for and she still didn't seem bothered. while all this was happening one of the managers came to greet and he didn't even ask us how we are enjoying the restaurant or the food while he could clearly see we are eating from take away wraps and drinking tea from foam cups and also eating with our hands!!!; - So then what's the point for these greeting exercises? i had the most terrible service in short from wimpy andi really doubt il be going there anytime soon if i ever will
