Complaint about stale rolls

I visited your restaurant on the 7th of September 2020. Myself and my friend ordered the same meal, beef and cheese burgers. Upon arrival of the food, we noticed that the rolls looked awfully weird and I called the waiter to ask for butter as it looked exceptionally dry. It was just plain unappetizing and lacked enthusiasm in every way possible. The waiter (Xola) ignored us, and because our time was limited at the restaurant, and because we were so hungry we started to partake of this meal, but unfortunately the roll was left aside because it looked too stale. I again approached the desk, asking for the same waiter that didn't bother pitching the first time when he was called to supply us with butter. I also told them to give us the bill, and due to my reason for arguing a valid point, they called the manager. He gave the buns one look and reaffirmed that the rolls were definitely old. We ate the patties but left the buns. So he said we should pay R50 less for the inconvenience caused. I was very perturbed at his unprofessional approach, I allowed him to justify the matter, but I told him I will pay the bill but I will complain to HelloPeter.

I request you to kindly investigate and take action against the staff on duty for the negligence that was caused in their watch, as well as for holding on to stale rolls or food for further use. Failing which, I will take up the case with the Customers Forum for stringent action against your restaurant.
