Cold Food, Order arrives after 2 hours

I Ordered twice the driver arrived after 2 hours and the food was cold, the bill had expired and when i called the shop I was told that I have to come to the shop and there's nothing they will help me with.

This is specifically for Wimpy Mall of Africa.

The very same experience i got; was just as my colleague experienced today.

WE LOST THE REWARDS BECAUSE OF THE EXPIRED BILL, MORETHAN TWICE!!
