Cold Cappuccino + Cold Cream = Terrible Cappuccino this morning

I had a terrible experience at Wimpy Northgate this morning.

I ordered a cappuccino with space to add pouring cream. I SPECIFICALLY asked the waiter to bring warm the pouring cream, as if I poured cold pouring cream into the cappuccino, the temperature would be greatly reduced. I really did not feel like a luke warm cappuccino for my first coffee of the morning with my Dad.

When my cappuccino finally arrived, the pouring cream was cold! I then asked the waiter to kindly warm it up, as I requested. After about 6 minutes, my cappuccino was cold, and still no warm pouring cream. I then had to get up, walk over to the area where they waiters collect their food / drinks, where my pouring cream was waiting (not sure how long it was standing there).

When I mixed them them, I had cold cappuccino and cold pouring cream. The manager came over to me and told me the reason the pouring cream was cold, was because 'because it is usually served cold'!!

If I had asked the waiter / manager for warm milk in my coffee, would the response be 'because it is usually served cold'?

Anyhow, I walked right past Mugg & Bean for a Wimpy coffee this morning. Going forward I may not stop at Wimpy Northgate.
