****roach found in Wimpy Milkshake

I would like to complain about the ****roach found in my Wimpy Chocolate milkshake. See attached picture.

The incident happened at Wimpy Sammy marks Square in the Pretoria CBD on 30 October 2018 around 18:00. The roach was found after I finished drinking my milkshake.

This was brought to the Managers attention, Refilwe Sekai. She apologized, but as a regular Wimpy customer, I don't feel this is enough. It made me question the hygiene state of the kitchen and the machines being used in order to dispense the drinks. Do these machines get cleaned thoroughly? Do the kitchens of your restaurants get fumugated? And how regularly so? What if the roach is carrying diseases or some sort of bacteria? Will Wimpy be liable for any medical bills of illnesses arising or caused by the bacteria carried by the roach? I feel very disgusted to have had the drink only to find a roach at the bottom of the glass.

I look forward to hearing from your offices on how this matter will be resolved and what kind of measures will be taken to ensure hygienic kitchens where our food is prepared.
