Carnival Mall Wimpy - pathetic service

I was a waitress for a very long time, so I understand that it is not nice to not receive a tip. That is way I always tip. But.... The last two times I ate at Wimpy Mall@Carnival I've received the worst service of my life!!!! First time: the waitress brought me my coffee. And then did not come to me for more than an hour, and only acknowledged me when I went to go and pay. Second time: I ordered my coke the same time the people next to me ordered milkshakes. I only got my coke after they received their food.... And they got seated after me.

This is absolutely pathetic as I always support this Wimpy & Mugg&Bean in this mall as I know it is the same owner.
