BLOOD IN MY MEAT!

I specifically asked that my meat be well-done because of health and religious reasons. My steak and lamb chop (While it says chops when you order- Another lie by Wimpy) is full of blood and I can not consume this meat. I need to know when will you guys look into this because I need a 100% refund or else I will go on social media.
