Bitter employees result in mediocre service
<p>I have never ever in my life experienced such disgusting service..was I really at Wimpy? Yes I have had slow service, a wrong order you know those small things that one can overlook but such rudeness when you're in customer service is totally unacceptable! I complained about a dirty glass to a Claudia in a respectful manner and she responded by banging the glass on the table while explaining how the glass got that way, stormed off and brought a new glass of water, throwing it on the table after I had clearly said I don't want it anymore. Turns out I'm not the only person complaining about her.If she is not happy with her job then she must quit, there are 5million unemployed people in South Africa to have such appalling service from 1 person messing up a whole brand.</p>
