Best service beyond duty

<p>We are a business also situated in Middelburg Mall. I went to Wimpy Middelburg Mall to hear if they could assit us with about 21 breakfasts delivered 7h30, 22 July at our business. I asked the manager but she said they only open at 8h and cannot help that early. Then this other lady Lindiwe, steped into our conversation. She immediatly told the others they can do it...it is business! She said they will deliver 730 at our door. So Thursday we gave her the list of the 19 orders. Friday morning 735 she was at our door with all the meals still hot! This Lindiwe is an asset to your company. She understands customer needs, go beyond duty and deliver on a promis. Im sorry she is not your manager there. She has vision and understand your business. She deserve a big Thank You from us. Please look after this staff member of yours. She is special. </p>
