Below Poor Quality Waffle

I ordered a plain waffle with ice cream for delivery through the Mr D from Wimpy Wonderpark Mall,Pretoria. It was the trashiest waffle and ice cream I have ever had. The ice cream looked like it had previously melted and was frozen again. NOT A SOFT SERVE!!! The waffle was NOT fresh and it tasted bitter. The consistency was not smooth, it had pieces of ice in it. Totally the worst, a real waste of my money! I'm never buying anything from Wimpy again.
