Being ignored and wrong order
We went in for a take-away and were received well. Once the wait for our order reached 40 minutes, I got up and asked the till operator if she could please check on our order, she looked at me and acknowledged that I had asked her a question but didn't do anything about it, so I asked her again and was blatantly ignored by her, the waiter standing next to her even apologised for her behaviour. The manager then shouted at us from the food window yelling \it's coming just now"with a look of irritation and disgust on her face. I would understand if the restaurant was busy"
