Bay west Wimpy franchisee speaks horribly to clien

I recently visited Wimpy at the New Bay West Mall in PE. What a disgrace!!! I was most welcome by the foreign head waitress with tremendous respect, empathy and kindness. Upon giving my order, which they do have on the system, I was told in a rush, attitude and anger by the pouncing female owner that this item which is on the system is not available on the menu in the store as they do not have stock. She refused the waitress' recommendation of going to PnP and purchase the item in order to meet the customer's need. One would think that Wimpy's ultimate goal is to satisfy the customer by all means. I support other Wimpy outlets on a daily basis but never have come across an owner's attitude as horrible as this. Completely unacceptable to be treated as such because i'm black. Wimpy is for the rainbow nation, or so I thought.
