BAD SERVICES / ROTTEN FOOD / HAIR IN FOOD

on Friday 22nd January around 5:30pm we sat down to have something to eat at ..to my disgust the cappuccino i ordered had a hair stuck right on the froth...I sent it back to the Kitchen of which i was not given a complimentary coffee or drink or even a sorry...because we had travelled from Swaziland and just arrived and were hungry I thought I would let it slide afterall mistakes do happen....I ordered a mushroom burger and when i tried to eat it I found the buger patty was rotten it even had a smell the gerkins were brown in colour which told me the food was off...the burger patty was so hard I couldn't even cut through it...i then called the manager to verify the food was infact off and so was the burger my daughter had ordered....he was a little snotty at first asking me what is it i wanted him to do....when my 2nd daughter showed him a clump of hair in the calamari she was about to eat....the hair was even burned from being fried....and all he could say was ok don't pay for the food....not to mention the steaks my mom and sister had ordered were the size of fish fingers and harder then biltong which we complained about and were told by
