Bad services

so on the 1 May 2019 the lady's in my family decided to go for breakfast and went to wimpy in Ottery hyper , as we got there we saw a sign saying PLEASE WAIT HERE and a whole 20mins went pass, I went to a casher and asked her how does it work do you need to seat yourself , her reply was yes seat yourself someone will come and assist you now with no smile no good afternoon nothing . at this point I told myself shame man she is pregnant and is maybe tired of standing all the time myself and the rest of the lady's went and got a table and it wasn't a clean one ! we took wet wipes and cleaned it our self with not saying anything . we had to wait a whole 30mins for someone to bring a menu and maybe take a drinks order but nobody came, then one of the lady's got up and went to get us a menu and still nothing I had to get up from the table to ask what's going on how come nobody came around yet and asked CAN I TAKE YOUR ORDER PLEASE I watched how people went to the pay point to put their order in and Cameron I think her name was , was not at all help full with and thing!

NOT AGAIN WIMPY OTTERY FOR ME !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! unless we get better services
