Bad service, ****** and unhealthy food

So on the 25th I walked in to Wimpy with my 2 sisters, we were 1st shocked to not have any waitress to welcome us and allocate us a table. We then looked around and saw a lady sitting alone and we asked if we could join her table, mind you while we looking for a table the manager is standing there and doing nothing to assist. We sat on a dirty table for about 15 min then I stood up to go ask the manager if anyone is gonna assist us and he said someone will come assist. The waitress named Nandi was assisting almost everyone in the restaurant all by her self. Finally Nandi came to take our order and we ordered 3 meals with a jug of ****tail and it turnout they do not serve any of the drinks on menu, they only sell normal cold drinks.

We waited for 45 minutes to get the food and I then stood up to go ask the manager if the food is coming and he said we should wait.

Next to our table there was a black lady sitting with her toddler girl child also waiting for service. Sometime later a white lady came in with her toddler child and was immediately welcomed by the manager, given a sit and the manager went to get a colouring book and crayons for this child. Is this Normal for ****** to be played out and to be made so obvious at Wimpy

So an hour later our food finally came with Nandi. We thanked her and jumped to eat, the sirloin steak looked almost navy blue but I took a bite anyway and the meat was so off, I ordered medium rare and got over cooked rotten steak, sour mushroom sauce. Again I stood up and went to ask the manager to come taste if the food in front of me is edible, he took a bit and confirmed that its rotten.

The service is unbelievable bad.

I would have appreciated an apology and also to be respected and valued like a customer but this restaurant should be closed down. I ordered food of +300 and ended up paying +- 100 because only one piece of chicken was edible.

I believe nor refund or apology is enough for my experience of bad service, ****** and hazardous food.
