Bad service, presentation and attitude
I ordered a large cremo chino as a take away and was given a regular cuppachino when I asked for the cream they said they would put it aside . I complained they took the cremoccino back and left it wide open whilst they prepared the cream. They returned a cold cup over spilling with cream and after complaining both the manager and waitress gave me attitude
