Bad service my wimpy manager ever

Sunday 31 visited wimpy Ngebs Mthatha placed 5 meals we spacified the orders, my wife ask for no tomatoes but her wrap but it came with tomatoes, we ask the waiter to please make one without tomatoes, but a few minutes later the same wrap as served to us with tomatoes seeds evidence still showing, during all that my wife had watch us eat no manager came to apologize or offer a snaker for my wife, we strode up and went to pay at casheck still no sign of a Manger he just came to remove a wrap nothing said, I must admit the manager on duty was non existant, me and my family we will never go back there again, we will rather take our money and spent it somewhere else where a customer is valued.
