Bad service from Wimpy

Very bad service.. I had an incident at Wimpy .. There was hair in my burger. Someone did phone me and said the incident will be address by head office. But Wimpy will give me a gift voucher for my bad experience.. This is now more than 2 weeks later and nothing was done.. This is unacceptable and very bad ..
