Bad Service

Om the 6th of July 2025 I took my husband to Lanseria Airport because he loves watching the aeroplanes. We decided to eat as Wimpy as it was also his birthday so we wanted to make a day of it. Our waitress Sakhile took our order for our drinks which came pretty quickly. She then toom our food order and we waited almost a half and hour to an hour for our meals to arrive. In the meantime our coffee was finished but we weren't asked if we wanted more coffee or checked on once. The Manageress whom sas sitting in the corner of Wimpy wasn't even interested in any of her customers as she was sitting on her phone the whole time. My husband asked for white toast and got brown so he waited again a while for it. I WOULD LIKE TO KNOW WHAT IS HAPPENING WITH THE WIMPYS IN GAUTENG?!?! AWe came all the way from Randfontein just to be dissapointed and to think we chose Wimpy over Wiesenhof.....what a big mistake!!!! I want this sorted out ASAP. I can be contacted on ***
