Bad service at wimpy trade route

What a bad service. The waitress her name is welcome. is very lazy, we sat for almost 10 minutes till I called a manager who was walking around the shop. Then she called the waitress. She took our order then got us drinks we ordered ice coffee and it was so weak we asked her to change it she asked if we know ice coffee. Who orders something they don't know? It was even hot as if they just added sugar. Milk and tap water with 2 ice cubes. It looked like dirty water. After eating she was no where to be found till we orders fries from the manager again. Welcome came and asked if we are OK and left dirty plates on the table. But she was giving attention to other bigger tables
