Bad service at wimpy richardsbay boardwalk inkwazi

Waited for over 45 min for our order and when we called the manager to ask why is our food taking long, and why are other people who got here after us, got their food firsts ate and left before we could get our foo? she was very casual about it and tells us they are buys!

Question is what is the standard turn around time for food? A business is planned to serve max capacity, if the excuse of We are busy was to be used , why have so many tables in your store?

Very unacceptabl!
