Bad Service at Wimpy

Yesterday a colleague and I ordered food from Wimpy Brits CBD and the service as well as the food received left much to be desired.

The delivery took long to arrive and the delivery gentlemen did not have a speed point even though we had asked for one when we ordered.

Upon receipt of the food we were not impressed at all. The ingredients were not fresh and cold. The manager was advised of this and she said she would rectify and she did with 1 burger but the second burger was delivered late and the delivery guy gave the burger to the wrong person and this was only rectified later.

Needless to say it was a waste of time and money!
