BAD SERVICE AT WIMPY @ ENGEN LONG MEADOW

Good day. We visited wimpy at engen long meadow and received the worst service and they were not busy. There was another family sitting there and they already paid their bill and then we walked in and the waiter told us to go in and communicated to the cashier to send menues to our table. We waited 10 minutes and received nothing, a waiter did not even come to greet us. Eventually, my husband took our order of drinks and went to the till to place our order and brought our drinks to the table then took our food order and waited at the kitchen to bring us our food, all this while, not even the manager came to apologize and say that he must sit down and allow them to do their job. My husband served us until the end and even cleaned the tables and the staff even told him where to put the dishes in the kitchen. It was the worst service and no apology.
