Bad service and poor food and drinks!!!!

Would just like to complain about wimpy in baywest mall port elizabeth. myself my wife and son went there on friday evening 26th june at about 7 o clock. it took them about 10 min to come to us offering us seats then another 15min to send us a waiter after i went to the cashier and ask her please can we have service. The waiter then came and took our order 1 fanta large, 1 coke large and kiddies milkshake it came but my fanta was flat and the milkshake looked pink water and called the manager blond woman with no uniform or name tag and told her she said there is nothing wrong and the soft drink is out of the soda fountain and she just took the glasa and filled it and i said it is flat but se just did not care. Then she brought me a can of fanta. Then my foof came and still dont understand i normally order the fish and chips and salad but i said i wanted salad not just chips then it came a small peace of fish and salad and that for R75 rand and was shocked i never ever had this problem at other wimpys always got value for money. I am really disgusted with this poor service and quality of food and drinks and the worst is the manager that just dont care.they did take the drinks of.
