Bad Service and Not Fresh Food

I bought meals for the office staff at Wimpy- Ormonde on the 14/02/2020 and was served by Tshidi, the order took a long time and it was a take away. their service was poor and I had to complain that I AM HUNGRY AND PREGNANT for them to take me serious , to top it all the food was not fresh and meat was burnt and hard. Every member of my staff complained about the food. I tried sending my complain for their head office but was only sent email to confirm the date of this matter but nothing was done about it. I am really disappointed at the level of service I received for such an huge order of R 450 .40
