Bad service and immature Manager

VERY poor service & immature Manager

I was at wimpy on Sat 25th of March 2023 with my family and friends (4Adults, 5 kids & a Todler). we arrived at about 14h20 and were seated. we had to go ask the manager to get a waiter to come take our order after being seated with menus for long. a gentleman came & took our order which was quick as we had already writen down everything we wanted to order. after a while our drinks gets delivered. [1hr to be precise] and this after other patrons who arrived after us where served drinks and their meal. we then decided to leave str8 after our drinks upon standing up the food arrives I'd say we have been in the establishment for 1hr15min. the Manager then decided to come and say we are being spiteful and she was literally shouting at us like little children. we told them we will pay for the drinks but we have decided to go eat somewhere else. after paying for the drinks she uttered these words, " I hope toy feel like a big man now Small man". I'm not offended but I feel she is not fit to be a manager as her subordinates where there listening and I doubt that's how you speak to customers.
