Bad service and food quality

I am so sad and dissapointed by the level of service now being offered by most Wimpy"s around my area or one mayor highway to coastal destinations. How service and quality of food have deteriorated. In my area there are many Wimpy's around us, So I went to Parkmeadows recently, They had no hot chocolate, no brown sugar, no Jam for toast and no brown bread. What used to be my favorite Wimpy in Meadowdale, service has deteriorated, you actually have to ask for a menu, quality of food no longer up to standard, Today was the last straw, I went there for a Wimpy burger and chips and they had no hamburger buns, chips were half raw people were walking out. This is so unacceptable that Wimpy's no longer have the same level of standards that iv become used to is very obvious. Previous owner of Meadowdale branch has won many awards, ran the best Wimpy, now Im not sure I even want to go back there. Stoneridge is the worst, that I will never set foot inside that branch again. It is sad to see that management levels left are no longer app****. Sadly this also applies when you drive down to the coast and stop at service stations, Wimpy's service and quality is appalling and is questionable for most branches. So I think Wimpy has lost a faithful family unit that has been supporting the many branches throughout SA for many years first with my children then grandchildren. Eastgate is the only branch so far that has kept up with good levels of service and food. Keep up the good food and friendly staff you may be the one branch I may still visit.
