bad service, and bad food

I went to Wimpy Waterfront Cape Town on the 23/01/2022 took my family out for lunch first of all I had to send the drinks back because not one of the glasses was rinsed before serving our drinks, secondly the buns was just one waste it was just plain old when you eat it crumbles up the kids did not enjoy the lunch and I was given a R40 discount, what is that my bill at the end of the day came to R417.00 I wont eat at that place again, I normally like there food but this was just one bad service and food not good
