Bad Service - Actually No Service
Good Day,<br> <br> I am appalled and super disappointed by what I experienced at Maponya Mall on Saturday 12 December 2015. I was meeting someone who had sat down already and was drinking a glass of water, we were later joined by a third person. We conducted our meeting from 10h40 till 11h20 and not even one staff member came to offer us anything. Not a menu, nor water nor even ask if we are ok. We had planned to spend a few more hours and have a meeting but eventually got up and left. this left a bitter taste in my mouth, I know for sure I will never set foot there. I wonder if it is because it is in the township and they were not that busy, yes it was busy but not overwhelmingly busy. I will NEVER EVER!
