Bad service

Myself my Wife and granddaughter went to eat something on Saturday 13 May 2023, the store wasn't busy. We ordered 1 plain ice cream cone, 1 small coke a burger combo & a rib burger. The drinks and cone came then my wife's burger combo, she started eating and just as she was finished the waiter came and gave us a thumbs up asking if everything was ok, I rep**** that I didn't get my food, she rep**** to me o I am sorry, but didn't really look bothered. I then told he just to leave my order. I tried to get hold of the owner on a few occasions, and send a message to Wimpy head office, no reply from any of them.
