Bad service

What a bad service I've had at Suncoast today, we've bought platter and two burgers, which burgers were ohk however with a platter we were very disappointed pork ribs were too cold pork russian were also cold. We end up not enjoying our food, since they had to take it to warm it and when we have to pay we were told system was down , we had to do manual calculations We were at Suncoast Wimpy
