Bad service

I went to Wimpy, Wonderpark on Saturday, arriving there early in the morning, the waiters are so busy arguing about who is doing what that they do not see customers at all. I went inside and take a seat. After 10 min of waiting and listening to the arguments, I managed to get someone's attention and called the manager of person in charge. She was extremely rude and said I should have been waited outside to be accompanied. Trying to tell her about the waiters arguing, she did not want to understand and threw a menu on my table and later come back and just say \en"probably meaning what I want to order. I was looking at the rest of the people coming in all by themselves nobody accompanies them. Other people also complained of having to wait more than 10 min just to get a menu. I can not belief that one of the top Wimpy outlets have gone so bad that you do not even dream to go back. It will be better to close that shop if they do not improve. I loved to go there on a regular basis but I will rather go somewhere else"""
